If you plan to use insurance for counseling, contact your insurance provider before booking a session and complete this form.

Every insurance company has a different rate for which they reimburse BCS for services. BCS will accept the rate your insurance company determines. You may or may not be responsible for a co-pay.

Whereas some counseling businesses accept certain insurances because they reimburse at greater rate, BCS accepts all insurances with which they are paneled no matter the rate.
